how can i raise the "cf" so i go to super saiyan?

please help me i can all the another things but i can not raise the "cf" :cry:


HELP!!

 

[Nretep]

- damage/ kill enemies ... (candify ppl in donuts)
- collect the DBs and choose "Strength"
- die and your PL gets closer to the servers average (if mp_plcatchup is 1)(that's not recommend when you're stronger than the servers average PL)

there's no other way for you to raise your PL (the higher your PL, the fuller is your CF bar)
