How can I increase PL and CF??

Hi! I'm new in this game and I want to tranform, but to transform I need increase PL and CF, How can I increase PL and CF? fighting? I didn't find any answer in this guide: http://www.esf-world.com/team/max/manual/right.htm#trans

By fighting you will gain PL. The better you get the faster your PL comes.

yeah, every hit that you get in or beam that damages someone from the opposite will give you a gain in pl or CF, cf is how far you are from transforming, and pl is powerlevel, how strong you are.

So just add a bit and if you can't win them just cheat by setting them to idle and keep attacking until your cf bar is full.
