first of all those models in bt3 are around 20thousand polys half life limit is 4000 so no models like that and the effects in esf are gonna be WAY Better then bt3

but "esforces" can be a gift for players of pc because dbz tenkaichi is only for ps2 and hard to play on pc so there will bea full game " esforces for pc without any hl engine"

It seems like you're trying to convince the Dev Team that "effects" are the real reason you want ESF without Half-Life or Steam involved.

Do you really expect them to start a whole new project because one person asked them to?

And, when it comes to effects... they know their limitations with Half-Life. You should stick to BT3 if you don't like ESF or it's not good enough for your standards.

I certainly believe this mod is amazing.

Oh we do understand you. What you are basically saying is that you want to ESF team to make a separate game of ESF without using Half Life as a base. Couple of problems with that though:
- They would have to remake the ENTIRE game,
- They would have to make an own engine, or license an engine,
- They would probably have to get a license for DBZ, which they will never get

Plus, I think Madman's 20,000 polies per character guesstimate is a bit overambitious for a PS2 game. You just want that cellshaded effect, right? Well trust me, ESF has some really fancy effects going on. It will look equally as good as Budokai 3, if not better due to the ability to use a much higher resolution.

What part of "buy" did you not understand? You can't use Steam without BUYing Half Life. And you can't play this game properly without owning Half Life AND Steam. It isn't expensive these days.
