Well... I have an angelfire account, if you have a website they'll won't delete your account, you could try that.
You could also try <a href="http://www.villagephotos.com">Village Photos</a> for hosting, they give you an album that holds about 20 pictures and 5MB of bandwidth with a free account.
That bandwidth can run out quick though.
