the bird thingy is not leaving a shadow on the lower part and left, it seems as if its blended with the ground, a little defenition around the outline would do the job, disturbed grass, bit of soil, ect, just to give it the effect its lying on top of it and not just slapped 2d-esque onto the tex. The cracks and fissures in the ground are well done, but they lack defenition, get some mucky soil around them to broaden the edges and make them stand out, as when a crack forms in soil it tears the grass apart, leaving the topsoil exposed. some better text wouldnt hurt, and you should really use that empty space on the top, eg: using the text to better effect and fill up the space
overall, good piccy, just needs its main points defined and more use of the space at the top, gj :O

i like it...tho...the title doesnt really fit....you call it HOPE, but....it looks to me this birds hope litteraly "flew" away X_x
