HL has caused an error in Unknown

Okay

Problem 1)
I go to 'Games', click on a game, say..ESF, Natural Selection, whatever..

'HL HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN UNKNOWN'
*Crash*
Problem 2)
I enter the game, go to 'Create Game'/'Join Game', whatever

Starting..Validating Resources..
*Stops Responding*
*Crash*

Fun, no?
This happens with every single game I play through Steam, and I do not know why. Everything's updated, it's all supposedly in order, hell, I *USED* to play, about a month ago. What's up?

Might be a video mode problem, try changing it in options.

oh and double posting isnt really nice, just use the edit button

The idea was to bump, I wasn't aware editing would bump me back up to the top.
