PowerLevel hidding would be an interesting feature. It will make it possible to do stealth atacks or just hide. Of course in 'stealth mode' one should only be able to run/fly on a normal speed.
Plus this is a comon thing in DBZ.

Uhm, what's your logic to including it other than "intresting feature" and it's "common thing in DBZ". Those are pretty poor arguments.

When can this be used? Why would it be used? Why is it worth implementing? Who would use it? Should they use it? How does it enhance gameplay?

In short, it slows down the game too much and no one would ever use it. This has been suggested countless times, and suggested much more convincingly, and turned down. So no, sorry. Thoroughly think out your suggestions before you post them. Just a quick idea is insulting not only to me, but the entire staff.

Maps are too small in ESF. No point hiding from a guy 2 centimetres ahead of you. If maps were bigger this would be a great suggestion but no sadly.

Never happening since it wouldn't do anyone any good. There's no need for sneaking around on a 12-32 player server since you will never be able to hide. Even in 1 on 1 match there is no point for it since those matches are prefered to be finished with as soon as possible.

It is good for use in maps like ESF_City, to do surprise atacks, it's worth implementing becouse it could give a small advantage to less experienced players.

You can already do a surprise attack pretty easily, just depends what you think of or consider surprise (I could use a sbc for example while you were fighting somebody else and kill, and you would of not expected that coming if I charged it near you or if you could hear the attack being charged behind you, just one such example).

PL hiding can't really benefit the game play of esf well. What's the point in holding back your pl when you get into a fight with someone who has the same amount of pl you have before you hid it or more pl then you before you hid your pl?. They would practically have the upper hand in terms of dealing damage since you wouldn't be at your full strength to begin with. Such scenarios give enough reason not to implement a feature of this sought, as it gets in the way of the overall game play.

What he said.

Turning down your PL is stupid. It would be the same as making your opponent stronger.

Been discussed to death. It isn't a feature they plan on implementing any time soon.
