I dont think he will get banned..there were several ppl that were insulting mods(some of them didnt know that it was a mod ;P) directly and they werent banned..

I've only seen one guy banned..and he just created a second account and returned..and no mod noticed it / did something against him.

And he cant sound like a 1 year old because most of the time.... they cant speak -_-'
