if someone could teach me about how to get a new picture(the one to the left) and make me a sig or tell me how and what not i would be eternally grateful;D

that is the sig makers list. And to get a new picture, you have to choose from the forum's list until you post 50 times.
However making posts that are not related to the topic of the thread is considered spam, and if you do spam to get 50 posts, you will get in trouble...
To edit your signature and avatar, click user CP at the top of the page, and search around in there through edit options and edit profile...
