HELPP!!!

guys i have downloaded and installed ESF v1.3 open beta and tryied to start, but it pop out some error saying
Couldnt open client.dll link HUD_PlayerMove..... something like that i cant remmember cuz i deleted it(by the way i reinstaled it twice but still nothing)
If someone knows to solve the problem please help me!!!
