When I try to play ESF on Multiplayer no servers show up, when I try to make a LAN server it says my ESF Exectuble is out of date. When I try to update it, it tells me it is up to date.

My friend told me over XFire that there is a special file I need to dl -

(My Friend): there was a file that i remember you had to download
(My Friend): (this was last ywear sometime)
(My Friend): check the forums
(My Friend): its only as mall file

Does anyone know how to solve this or even on how to get that file?

you can't just play ESF on won anymore
won shut down, you need steam to play

I can't install esf. After i click accept and next, it won't lets me click install
The install button is faded....

You have to run Half-Life atleast once to create the final directories that ESF needs to be installed.

Run Half-Life once before trying to install.
