so i installed esf 1.2.3 full installer and i already have steam but it wont set a location to where it dowloads so i cant install it. where do i set it to?

Run Half-Life 1 once before you install.

Make sure you have atleast played half-life once before installing aswell. If you haven't, run the training room walk around for 5-10 seconds and then exit (this will create some nesacary files for mods that half-life needs).
