When i run game i choose lan game then i create serwer press ok and it back to windows after 5 sec of loading. Please help me.

First of all, really you need steam (http://www.steampowered.com/) to play esf, versions 1.2 and higher are designed to work for steam. Getting steam should be no problem if you have a legitimate copy of half life with a legit CD key. Just download steam, create an account and register your cd key. Install esf to steam and it should work fine.
