ok i downloaded the full install , and im very godo with computers but there is something wrong with my install.exe

i got the 1.2.3 full install and it wont open as an install application
it comes up in this windowed black dos aplication and says its not valid and comes up with close o ignore as options, took me a while to DL and im not it again if it screws up like this

anyone know what i can do to get it going?

Sounds like the installer is corrupted, redownload it or downlaod it off a different server/mirror.
