Help with VBulletin

Well, I want to install VBulletin on my website. I've done what is needed.
- Installed "upload" folder.
- Ran install -

So its installing, but when I get to step two I encounter this error:

Step 2) Connect to the database

Attempting to attach to database

Connect failed: unexpected error from the database.

Error number: 1044

Error description: Access denied for user 'uchihasasuke_esf1'@'localhost' to database 'upload'

Please ensure that the database and server is correctly configured and try again.

Could someone please elaborate what is needed in the bold. E.g SQL, IP etc etc. It would be appreciated. Thanks.

First thing first, is this Vbulletin legal? Have you bought it? I have my doubts it is legal because VBulletin is quite expensive, plus you are 14 at age. Meaning, you can't pay online as you don't have a credit card or other online pay method yet, unless it is from your parents and or older brother / sister.

It isn't expensive, and I didn't buy it. The current server I bought - #EGL Aus has 2 admins, me and a older member of the Australia Community. He bought VBulletin, and we bought a Website too. We're trying to install it, but I think he has it all figured out.

EDIT:Got it working, we had to make a Database and a SQL account. Thanks anyways =]
