Help with steam

hey i was just wondering if i can buy HL: Blue shift and then get a steam account with that, and then install esf on top of it...?
or do i have to buy either hl or cs?

If you mean Blueshift only i think no,but if it is both HL and Blueshift then its okay.
But it works the same if you just Buy hl or cs

coz blue shift is cheap as, but cs is more expensive and then i hl is in btw, so i think im going oto have to buy hl
