help with big pack and esf installation

alrite i downloaded all esf 1.2.3 and exc rc2 and big pack 8.4, now do i extract the big pack into my CProgram Files\Steam\steamapps\fmott001\half-life\esf folder and then go to it and open the folder and click the setup icon and then when its installing and asks for a destination do i put it in the CProgram Files\Steam\steamapps\fmott001\half-life\esf folder again, or do i first extract to desktop then run the setup and in the setup extract it to the CProgram Files\Steam\steamapps\fmott001\half-life\esf forlder????

also do i need to downlaod anything else besides those three? likes blocks or anything???

Just open up the .rar file and double-click on the executable.

I'm not sure where it should be installed to, but if anything it's probably the ESF folder.

Run the esf 1.2.3 installer
Run the ecx rc2 installer
Extract the contents of bigpack84.rar to a new/dummy folder.
Copy/cut the contents and paste into your esf folder.

Done and dusted
