Ok, when i try to connect to a server, it says: Your .dll something didnt match the server's. What do I do?!

thanks, but i clicked to connect to a server, and ive waited for like an hour and a half now for it to download stuff...?

that would be a EVM server. With normal ESF you cant join those.

EVM servers have EVM in the gamemode name. Using standard ESF instalation you can only join those servers that dont have EVM in the gamemode name.
