HELP ME PLEASE BIG PROBLEM

Can someone please help me I get this problem when I try to join servers it loads up then it almost loads up the character selection screen then I get two problems a error comes up saying initializing Tracker then it says Tracker error:TrackerUl.dll invalid, not loading. And there is also something else that comes up it says Requesting pldecal.wad from server I think this is the main problem that stops it from loading can someone please help me I really want to join servers

the tracker thing is not a problem, everyone gets it.
same with pldecal.wad, it's not an error at all.
But does your game crash?

Have you tried typing retry or reconnect in the console? Or is it frozen so you can't press esc and choose another server, so you have to restart?

This isn't a server issue.

Random answears that may fix your problem:
Use Opengl
Switch off high models
switch to medium or low beams
turn off particles
get a better video card
get a better processor
P.S. Please post system specs so we can figure out whats wrong faster.(god i feel like a techincal support guy, atleast i wont tell you i dont know whats wrong and give you a number of another company who directs you to another in a never ending cycle :\
