Help me!!! How do I transform and when am I able to do so???

I am new to ESF, I have installed it, got the basics down and am doing ok online/against bots. But say for instance, like last game I was Trunks. It says his transformation is at 3,000,000 I reach it. and hit T (My Turbo) thinking that it would ignite the transformation and NOTHING HAPPENED! O_O I am doing ok in everything except this... and I would also like some help meleeing if it could be provided... TY o_o

you transform by pressing the Z Key and when your power level has reached a certain level
