quick question about animating in milkshape,
well, i can model and skin,
i can get stuff in game by assigning new models to old skeletons, but when you decompile a mdl and you have all the animation smds, how exactly do you go about editing those to different animations,
my guess is you open the main smd(the character mode) then import the smd of the animation you wish to edit and edit it how you like it then export it as the same smd of the original animation you were editing,
i havent tried it yet but i have no clue of how to go about this, i taught myself to model and skin, but this is something entirely different and rather than guess i wanna make sure before i start
