You need to find the .wad and put it in your ESF directory. You can probably find it where you found the map you're using.

Are you trying to run EVM by any chance?

Download the map on www.esf-world.com and put the *wad in your esf directory.

Well, with the admittance of EVM being involved with this question, I'm going to have to say:

ESF does not support EVM. Please refer to this sticky:
