You made another thread here, and didn't provide any real information we can use to help you there, either.

There's a network problem. It could be on the server's end, but if it happens to you in every game you join, then it's most likely on your end. Answer us these questions, especially the router/firewall one.

im trying to get evm working not as server but for me to play on others
What game are you trying to install ESF into?

Well, ditch EVM if you want much help here. We don't support it or any problems it causes.

You're going to have to find out if you're behind a router or a firewall, since that's most directly related to your problem. Does your computer connect directly to a modem, or do you have multiple computers in your house that share the same connection?

turn on ur msn it will be easier to talk but ya we connect threw modem we have multi computers but one modem

Chances are, it's a hardware problem. Your hard drive is probably from the stone age, and takes a while to load maps. This happened to me before I got my badass new system. I'm betting that's your problem.

He just said that he has multiple computers but one modem. He most likely is behind a router that might be blocking a couple or ports that steam/halflife requires. He could also just be messed up by trying to install evm. The question is, did you play esf online before attempting to install evm?

i just use this cmd: fs_lazy_prechache 1

that stops me from getting timeouts
