K .. using ESF\ECX RC1 . I Got 64.000.000 exp on goku and i cant transform into lvl 4.How to do? Or i need something like dragon ball or what? Tell please

the ssj4 transformation is locked on rc1 you need rc2 and bigpack 8.4
