HEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPP me plz.
everytime i try to compile my .QC of my model it give me an error and dont show what is cause the error :cry:.
plz if u know a selution then plz help me :talk:

in my exeprience the only time it wont tell you what the error is is when the textures are messed up, (must be 256 color) if the textures arent right it crashes milkshape when you compile, in every other case whether it be a skeletal or assignment problme it usually tells you what the problem is, textures are the only problem that milkshape doesnt report

well i only have 1 texture on it and its all green for a test compile.
its as green as this text so that cant be the problem,
another selution? :confused:

yes itc an be, your image may only have 1 color in it, but its palette doesnt, you likeley still have it in 32 bit color you need to knock it down to 8 bit, i forget how to do it off the top of my head enough to give you instructions, (and im too lazy to open photoshop and tell you) but as many people here ran into that problem before and ihad to help them with im sure someone can help you

Openw ith paint save as 256 BMP, and your done.
Or your model has to many vertices then cut some of.
Or you didnt make SMD's, save your model as HL SMD reference, and the animation(s) as a HL SMD sequence.
then add those to your QC. and then Compile QC file.
done.
