Okay, how would you fix it?

ok well first the skin is inconsistant it looks like it starts blending in with the background as it starts to go to the nose. then those patches over the eyes seem to be almost part of the skin towards the top. and to me it looks very flat. if he is like on the ground i would suggest mabey some dried blood stains on the flor towards his mouth, considering u got this guy all mangeled up.

thats just my opinion though

Hrm..I didn't know how to do the eyes really..so I tried my best. It's very hard to do that sorta thing if you think about it..
