In terms of proportion, his heads a little squashed and too round, it should be taller, wider at the neck and more narrow at the top of the head.

I think it's looking quite nice so far, as far as proportions and accuracy go. Like Ravendust said, the head needs a little tweaking, but other than that I have nothing to comment on. The skin on the body looks pretty good too. :3

looks nice, you used http://www.esforces.com/images/model/guldo.jpg as your ref image yea? (saw it on the EVM forum)

thats why your model looks squished on the side few, because on the ESF model image the front and side image arnt lined up correctly so it makes your model fall out of proportion.

a lil drawover please

Basically make the bottom wider, the top of the head narrower but bulbous, and the side-eyes more sunken in.

The way you've got it now, his head is spherical, and it rests on the neck. Guldo doesn't have a neck, his fat head sinks into his fat body.

I looked into BFP and that Guldo. And i can say that its NOT The same.
The BFP Guldo has less Polys and all.

That's evidence, no more ripping accusations unless you have some actual proof otherwise.

I was going to give you proper crits but i'm not sure if it would help or hurt, so have some nice manga refs, and some less-nice anime refs.

I reccomend making his body (your model) wider and squatter so it's about three head-widths wide. He shouldn't be taller than he is wide.

nice! I saw in my own (borowed:) ) eyes that he did lots of awesome models by himself.
