I could have sworn they showed the Empire State Building in the trailer. It should be in the game, I see no reason why it wouldn't be there.

If they combined GTA with Mercenaries (destructible terrain)....wow. That would become my all-time favorite game. Maybe have a full-scale war against the army. Watch the tanks roll through the streets, firing at you, missing, and hitting a grocery store instead, knocking down the entire face of the building.
