Graspop 2008

I was at the Graspop Metal Meeting 2008 this weekend and it was frigging awesome :O

To sum it all up:
- Hot and dry weather
- Ice cold beer
- 140.000 people
- No fights or accidents
- 70 bands, including:
- Iron Maiden
- Kiss
- Judas Priest
- Ice cold beer
- Whitesnake
- Apocalyptica
- In Flames
- Iced Earth
- Cavalera Conspiracy
- Nile
- Sabaton
- Comeback Kid
- Bleeding Through
- Ice cold beer
- Oh, and ice cold beer


Everything was awesome and sweet (bar Judas Priest, which sucked royal balls )

What about testament ? I was supposed to go there, but then i got myself a new job contract and was unable to get a few days off.

Where was this? And I'm surprised JP sucked, when I saw them they were awesome.

Didn't get to see Testament as they were playing at the same time as Nile

JP sucked because Halford looked like a caricature of himself (even more than usual), his singing was aweful and soulless and the overall sound felt empty.
