Good tutorial ?

Hey guys,

I dont know if this is the right place for me to ask this, but i have a question..

I'm new in 3ds max and i want to learn some modeling, but i can't find any noobfriendly modeling tutorials..

like i want to create the human body/or a dbz model or something.

but i want it to be kinda easy, i already know the basics of 3dsmax now, practiced with it alot

if anyone knows some good tutorials then please reply
