1- the models' face doesnt look like goku
2- What kind of skinning are you trying, semi-realistic (anime) or cell shaded?

Don't use Budokai art as refs unless you have to. The flesh-tone looks fairly drab.

The eye looks like him, but that face, i'm sorry, we won't be able to see how it looks, because the face is too short and wide, make it longer or ask that other guy to make it longer and his mouth should be closed.

Nothing to say except to keep on practicing. You'll definitely get it eventually.

take a look at the budokai ref and take a look at the model... tis way off (SHAME ON JOO DENDZAA!!)
2. (assuming its 3dsmax) hit M and where it says color turn it up to 100
3. it looks like ur using dodge and burn u should use skin tones and a large airbrush with low opacity and flow

Hasn't it already been said Denza didn't make the model? On a side note, its a small world after all ShadyD ;)

The eyebrows stand out too much, it gives that kinda effect like tooth paste, kinda how its circular at each end, it looks like its been stuck on top, try to add it in more naturaly, sorry I can't give much better crits lol, but keep going at it.

Better, but dont lay the guiding lines to thick. Unless you're going for an anime style, (which is cel-shading), you might wanna use those lightly just for a reference on where to put the shadows and highlights.
