I think that Gohan will be Teen in 1.3 but this is based more off memory than anything else. Unfortunately the Outline - normally found here - appears to be down at the moment..
From the POTW I've seen awhile ago.. it showed him as teen. So I would have to assume he is going to be teen, unless they changed it at the last minute?
