the skin is on progress so dont mind it!
but...what do u guyz think of it as a first 1?

you have to import a skeleton, or make one. then assign the vertexes to the skeleton. also resize if needed. then if done successfully, youre model is ready for esf.

i made the older skin just to see how it will come when its done!

if that's your first model then I commend you greatly. Looks pretty good to me, all he needs is a bit of length. He's kind of short.
