well, Ginyu, Burter, Recoome, Vegeta -ssj2 forms are done, Trunks - Ussj is done, Frieza - Frieza 4 is done. Its more of a matter of Vegeta + Ginyu are the only ones currently ingame with animations more than anything. And well, set up properly at this point with settings for ingame. We also decided to only use what we've revealed in the news for characters as well, hence only Ginyu and Vegeta atm since they meet the requirements for everything

I'd say that none of them are done since most of them are missing all the transformations. Probably the closest one to being "done" is Goku
