GIF making

i need a little help ive got fraps and all but it dont work with any off vid players is there any other program that i can capture vids and make em .gifs cause i wanna make meh own any ideas?

i did find one. i froze for me but you can try it, its called "Easy Video Capture". try typing that in the search in the download.com search thing.
