Do you need a program or something for that???

i use animation shop 3, you can make all sorts of stuff, look at my 3 sigs, i made all of them with animation shop 3

EDIT:
ALSO!!!! you can make animations of parts of episodes like many users
with Windows Movie Maker => cut the wanted part of the episode!
save the project as a movie and as a small avi file
open the AVI in animation shop
resize it so it will be acceptable to the forum - img size and kb...
WALLAH!
but you need some programz to convers the stu*pid avi that WMM makes to a normal one so AnimationShop could read it
ask this in another thread!!!

ermmm...you can do this with animation shop 3 without using movie maker -_-'

Yes!! but its more complicated cause you need to knowbs how many frames has it been
since the begining of the movie and till 4 minutes after the begining...
also the stupid optimazation thing (how to turn it off?
this really is a mistory) in animation shop makes the gif look ugly
so its your call...
