Getting mp3 to work

I cant get the game's mp3 to work, i can hear all the fighting sounds just not the music. i arleayd tried enabling "mp3" through the "advanced" menu in the steam menu =O

help pleasE? =D

Have you tried updating your sound card drivers?

Are you running the latest version of esf (currently 1.2.3) ?. If I recall correctly there was a bug when 1.2 where the mp3 player would not work at times, and the way around that was a fmod update or just unticking and ticking the mp3 player option again.
