Getting better at lighting?

Just decided to do this to see if i could get some better lighting on my pieces and I think the lighting is better but it would look alot better with a good render instead of this BS render i had setting around...

but whatcha think?

<i>Yeah I know it was fast you know F-A-S-T because this piece wasnt for anything really meaningful but to practice my lighting so when I decide to do a good one I'll remember not to use the wave . lol </i>
