ive seen threads about it, im j/w how many ppl want him to be a playable char.. he could do the transformations ez, and seeing wuts goin on with the Tien modelling contest, im sure it would be accepted if there was enough ppl who want it and were willing to work on it.. yes? no? flame me?

i wont like garlic jr beeing ingame. (he´s just plain ugly, and as far as i see it, he´s babidi bibidi with an transformation) i think he is totally not usable ingame, he doesnt have a good unique attack. (making a hole that sucks up everything but himself just isnt an attack that can be in a game like esf)
true we do need more bad guys ingame,
i´d say dabura is the best. he could have spit, his sword, forget the rest, prolly mouth or eye blast

I like that "hulk of freakish muscle of God-like proportions" too *very gifted speaker...He beat the ever living crap out of Krap-A-Lot..what can I say?!*..

However, EVERYONE knows "the teams" position on movie characters and DBGT..so this will just remain a distant dream.

As for Garlic Jr. that silly little fool..these are the attacks I remember him using off hand..

-Eyelasers
-"Deadzone"
-Freakish Hulk Transformation
-Generic Ki Ball/beam
...that about everything I remember him ever using..

Not really that good of a character..so my answer is simply no.

there is'nt even a kami and popo in esf, and if the did, i would destroyed them verry quikly with Big Bang atack.

but he is totaly weak if he wasnt imortal his ass would be torn up by goku and piccolo in the movie since they were much stronger (voted NO but was tempted to vote the 3rd choice)
