They forgot to mention that Bruce was already genetically different from other people as a result of his father's experimentations on himself. That's the only reason, according the comics, that he Hulked out instead of dying.

Obviously, it doesnt matter how different he is in the real world, but the missing portion is crucial to the story.

Wow, I didn't know that his dad had genetically altered him .They should've put that in the movie :\

It is in the 1st movie. His dad was trying the improve himself with genetic ****. And while doing that he got his wife pregnant, resulting in a mutated baby. He actually called bruce an accident if i recall.
