Game crash...

[HitmanPAC]

When I try to host a game, it goes into the console, and then, when it finishes doing the precauching, it crashes (cstrike.exe crashes).

I have fixed the voiceicon.spr problem, reistalled it, without and with the MP3's, many times, downlaoded the zipped version,a nd looked in the forums, and I see no answers.

Can someone please help me?
