It was effin wood ffs. just slam it on the floor a couple times.
He's also being watched fairly closely. Wood that thickness is actually fairly tough. Escape may have been possible after a good while though.

It's also possible he didn't want to escape. He's been in there around 7 or so years (estimated).

Sloth was in the new episode? I thought he doesn't show up until they get to North Command?

It worked pretty well, she is definitely scary. The feeling of desperation that's in this part of the story should be good.

Very soon all the seecrets of the philosopher stone and father should be lifted :p

This just keeps getting better and better. And im slowly getting a bit afraid that the anime will catch up to the manga before its donne :s

It gets amazingly interesting from around now.

We've got maybe another year at least for the manga to finish. I can't see the anime lasting more than 60 or so episodes, at this rate it probably will catch up. Unless they have a few breaks, they've done one before.

Nah the manga is preety wraped up. I doubt itll take over 5 chapters to finish.
But thats still 5 months witch means 20 eps. And the anime is allready over the half way point of the thing.

2 manga chapters = 1 anime episode. Roughly. It's especially obvious in the episodes that have one event going on in the first half and other characters going through a different event in the second.
