Hey guys,

I really appreciate the REALLY NICE things you posted about me. I really didn't mean to disturb your ways of the forum. It was just my first post and I was going to make some skins later on hopefully. Seriously guys, I feel its safe to say, "Would you like some more cheese with that whine?" I mean come on, I think I can hear the wahmbulance right now. True, maybe if I WAS like you, I might of put this somewhere else, but then again if I WAS like you I would be a total @ss. Well that about it, "OOPS!" this is in the modeling/skin section as well isn't it? My bad...

Later

Skins

Hey Guys,

I'm sorry that some of you think I am an idiot, but maybe you have should seen some of the things other people have posted recently. Anyhow, i've been working on skins and other such, Ive been using milkshape, I am not too familiar with it or even know that is the best thing to use. If you guys have any other tools, tutorials, suggestions please send me some, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

It is in the model and skins section but hes a newbie. We should help him not flame him because if we flame we are just hurting Esf because we are scaring their fans away.

1) Is Milkshape the best tool for models/skin
2) Location of Tutorials or personal help
3) If Milkshape is not the best tool, what is? and where can I find it
4) Hints/Suggestion/etc

Thanks

Thanks

Thanks a lot spitfire, that should be really helpful. I love graphics/games/computers, I work at shirts plus doing design- graphical and hand- art for shirts on there computer. I am getting a CIW, I am a sophmore, 15 years of age. I want to learn about modeling because I think I have a chance in a "gaming" industry, or even creating a mod would be fine. I am very interested in coding/scripts as well. I messed around with milkshape, seemed kind of odd, not making the model, but however you put the skin on there, I get the concept but making it look 3d is astonishing.

Thanks again

When people do make models/skins do they allready have like, a body set for them? or do they make the body from, how can we say, scratch? or on their own? and just modify it from there, the hardest part for me to imagine right now would be size differences

GMAX

Well I download the tutorials for gmax and know it "fairly" well now, experimented, havent gone through all the tuts, but kinda there. But as far as making a model n such, or even a map, is there a specific size everything needs to be? or is there a "base" model people just modify? Thanks
