i sugest making the avatar limit 100 K ! (no one has dial up anymore) and strech avatars !

You would be surprised how many People still have Dial-Up.
Broadband isnt everywhere available in some Regions.

And stretched Pictures :no: just look ugly.

I think 20k is fair and reasonable. It's enough for a good quality 2-3 second animation.
