The render of Naruto in the center makes it look rather strange because of it's quality. Nice way of blending the three colors together, although the blue-orange needs to be more blended. Just my 2 cents.

I don't think you should have 3 colours in your banner in the first place.. The way you did it, there are 3 focal points with 3 different colours at opposite ends of the banner. I think you should mix up the composition a bit.
