Flash Video Question

Hey,

How do you make a flash video. I have Flash 5 and I made it but I can't figure out where to host it. Or am I suppose to save it as a .gif or somthing... please help

You need to go into file then export movie. Then host that file. Not many places are going to host it because it is not a usual file.
