Lol you need to learn alot about anatomy and facial expressions. Your pictures are lifeless/shapeless. Instead of drawing on photoshop, try drawing then scanning, and then opening it on photoshop. Read some turturials... There alot out there for this kinda CG stuff...

I aint so great (i suck) myself, but this simple advice should improve stuffz...

The best way to CG stuff is just to create lineart with a pencil (or find it on internet) and then use the pen tool to re-draw the lineart (or inking as some people call it.). After the inking, you could start coloring it, and use the dodge/burn tools or something for shading.

Heh, cute.

I cant say much that hasn't been said already. I will comment, though, that the first that popped into my head is that the character's left arm is longer than his right's.
