First Time Vectorizing an Image [WIP]

Hello and i bring forth my first attempt at vectorizing an image. I plan on finishing it, but i dunno.
It's an image of Aaliyah btw.

Looks pretty good so far. But some of the highlights on the hair are a little weird like on the left. Also for the hair try and get more grey's in, it usually helps. Also you got some really jaggy lines like on the hair and some of the face, if you are doin this in ps switch to illustrator and use the pen tool.

i am using pen tool with photoshop. ill try switching to illustrator.

Hair is the only thing I'd say you have to go back on, the rest seems to be coming along smoothly.

got bored with aaliyah so i started doing, and finished myself. im not satisfied with it, but, i am a newb at this XD
