i made the same mistake but to next time:
remember to post the thread in the Signature forum its really hard to notice it. and i am not a dev.. just so u guys dont give me a warning for playing a dev lol

ONTOPIC: the background is ugly with that colour... but i like the pictures u have used, tho the right one is very poor quality

It's good for your first, also how you marked the sharingan in a box at kakashi's rigth looks kool.
But:
1. The rigth pic of kakashi is real bad quality (As mentioned before by Son Asid) I noticed a blue thing (a ligthening maybe) at his rigth shoulder, it looks bad and if you left it there intentionaly as an efect it dosent look good.
2. The background is very simple, plus it dosent look too good as it is, you could add some efects to it with the filters.
3. There is somewhat a red border that does not go through all the sig's borders. I personaly don't like how it looks and a black 2/4pix around all the sig would do a much better job.
