I tried Gir tut and I don't think it turned out to bad...
I didn't follow the tut very well at the end because I got a bit confused and started on my own...

either pull our the edges in red, or pull in the ones below it, at the moment they dont define anything. and create a new set of edges where the blue lines are, to define his pecs in the middle.
